Heart Ministry is a 7-8 week residential treatment facility located in Lavonia, Ga. We accept adult women who wish to gain the tools in order to recover from drug and / or alcohol addiction. Fill out the forms on the left side and fax them to us and the forms on the right side are for you information.and to give our potential clients an idea of what Heart Ministry's structure is like. Our daily schedule consists of classes, recovery meetings (in-house and outside), therapeutic groups, need-to-do time, devotion (including devotional guests), free time, weekly church services and Bible studies.
